Why there is no Parker-Gray-only number here
The sourced monthly reports used here publish city-level figures. Alexandria’s totals include many condos and newer buildings, while Parker-Gray is mostly older homes in a historic district, so the neighborhood can look quite different. Rather than estimate a neighborhood number, this post sticks to the city data. For a specific block, ask for the recent sales that apply to it.
